Welcome to Tru body pump

 

This is a full full body strength training class, emphasizing the glutes. We will be using a combination of dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises to tone and shape the entire body, while putting that little extra focus on firming and shaping the glutes. Increasung lean muscle mass will enhance your metaboilism and keep you buring calories for hours after class.
