<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco; font-size: 12pt; color: #34495e;">In this class we will focus on basic fundamentals in the Classical method of Pilates that Joseph Pilates called Contrology. This class will help everyone build a strong classical foundation which is critical for improved coordination, balance and control as you progress; in addition to developing deeper connections to the way your spine moves in your daily life. Choose this class if you are new to Pilates, if you feel like you need a refresher and are curious what the difference is between classical and more contemporary Pilates, or if you'd like to move more slowly post injury and you're coming back to class after a long break.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: terminal, monaco; font-size: 12pt; color: #34495e;">This class will move slower. Even if you are well versed in Pilates, you might want to try a different pace so you can really <strong>hear</strong> and follow through with cues because this is still a workout!</span></p>
