<p>We’ll begin with centering breathing exercises and stretching designed to warm the body and then we’ll move into a gentle flow of yoga poses. You’ll be offered variations within each pose to meet your goals for your practice. This class ends with deep stretches and a restorative pose or two, and ends in a calming savasana (final relaxation pose).</p>
