The Middle School Movement and Strength class is 1.0 hour in length where our coach will provide intimate instruction and guidance during the entire hour. Each class will move through a progressive curriculum each week, based on developing skills in Mobility/Power/and Speed as well as introduce the fundamentals to strength training. There are many physical subsets in those categories and the process is individual specific which means that each player will be encouraged to work on their own, outside of training to continue progression.
Classes are located at our flagship facility at 6300 Carmel Rd Suite 140, Charlotte NC 28226.
Tennis/Training shoes should be worn. No cleats.
Promotional offers are currently being provided through a referral program. Ask our coaches or call the facility for more information. Summary: each referred athlete that signs up for a monthly membership gives you $10 credit in your account to be used on any PU service/program for the next 6 months.
