No experience needed! In this class students will work on
targeting certain muscles to stretch and condition. Class will
start with some active warm ups, then head into dynamic stretching.
Students will then do some do some conditioning exercises to
strengthen their muscles, and finish off with some static
stretching. Come join Leah once a week to improve flexibility,
strength, control, and overall pole game. Please bring a yoga mat
and block if you have it, if not they will be provided!
