The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” Vinyasa
yoga is a dynamic sequence of traditional poses linked by breath.
It integrates awareness, alignment, balance, strength, flexibility
and grace. Designed for students interested in transitioning into
Heated Yoga classes, this class caters to both the novice and the
advanced heated student. Both will find this class welcoming and
challenging. In this class the studio is heated to a warm and
comfortable temperature to allow a deeper stretch. Room is heated
75-85 degrees.
*Please note: children under the age of 12 are not permitted
to attend a heated class until they have attended 3 non-heated
classes with parental supervision.
