This program offers a dynamic live 8 day training experience combined with comprehensive, intimate online training portion to provide a comprehensive, inspirational yoga education. For those who can't get away for a full three weeks, but long for the connection and learning benefits of an in person training experience, this hybrid program offers the best of both worlds.
This 15 day immersion training is designed specifically for ages 50 and up and includes yoga education and practice to become Yoga Alliance Certified, with the focus on softer practices and an eye towards teaching students ages 50 and up. Chair yoga certification and Reiki level 1 is included. This program includes all meals, materials, and for those from out of town, lodging as well if you make a reservation with us to hold a space in our dorms.
Along with the meditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques, you will learn how to adapt the classical Yoga asanas to the chair rather than the floor in a therapeutic context. Material is offered for students of a variety of skill levels and circumstances to make yoga accessible.

The Heartwood RYT-300 immersion program is designed for people who already have their RYT-200 certification and are ready for advanced training to become an RYT-500. In the 15 day format we dive into a variety of specialized subjects and independent certifications to expand your skill set and forge deeper understanding of specific styles and learning modalities.
