Whether your child is new to yoga or a Üphoria veteran, your youngsters will begin to develop a deeper sense of body, mental and emotional awareness supported by themes relevant to their lives. Through a lens of social and emotional learning, your child will interact with new yoga poses, yoga games, relaxation techniques, and self-inquiry to promote a sense of personal strength and self- confidence.
A fun and dynamic introduction to yoga. In this series, your preschoolers will get a chance to engage with age appropriate themes through yoga poses, creative discovery, song, and free play. Our classes will introduce your preschooler to relaxation and mindfulness techniques using child-friendly props and an opportunity for “quiet time”. Here your preschoolers will lay down the foundation for a lifetime of mindful and ecstatic living.
In this class, we will introduce you and your little one to the benefits of yoga through the use of playful stories, songs and props. Not your typical yoga experience, this class is designed to help toddlers build strength and mobility in a fun and vibrant environment. This class will provide your young one with a solid fitness foundation. Come play, explore and connect with your little one in this dynamic and cheerful class.
Our special series for pre-teens is all about having fun while doing yoga! We want to help you not only become strong and flexible but also give you some cool tools to feel more in control, boost your confidence, and become more independent. In our classes, we choose themes that are just right for your age and help you learn more about your body and your feelings. It's not just about what you do on the yoga mat; it's also about how you can use what you learn in your everyday life.
Uplift & Unwind! Üphoria offers half-day and full-day yoga camps for kids ages 9-12 to explore yoga and mindfulness in a safe and inclusive environment. Camps are appropriate for kids new to yoga and experienced yogis alike. Activities include breathwork, yoga poses and expressive movement, team-building exercises, games, arts & crafts, outdoor time, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle. Half-day campers should pack a nut-free snack; two snacks and a nutritious lunch is required for all full-day campers.
