This two hour workshop, facilitated by an IBCLC, is designed to prepare you and your partner for a successful breastfeeding/chestfeeding journey. Learn about the mechanics of lactation, how to make sure baby is properly latched, tips for boosting milk supply, and ways to care for yourself throughout the process. Breastfeeding is a team sport and partners are encouraged to attend.
This childbirth class is designed to prepare families for the birth they desire in any setting and with any provider. The course happens over five consecutive weeks. We will cover: establishing your birth support team, different birth locations, identifying your birth preferences, the mechanics of birth, setting up your birth space, non-medicinal coping techniques, interventions (including a backup cesarean plan), and preparing for a successful transition into life with baby.

Join licensed midwife, Stephanie Kerwin, for this 4-hour workshop that covers comfort measures for birth and preparing yourself, your home, and your family for a home birth! While this class is open to all, it is most appropriate for those expecting a subsequent baby (but first home birth), or for those who have had a home birth, but want a refresher.
