Children are invited to explore yoga-meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation through games, music, movements and play children will learn strength balance flexibility and self-regulation. For kids ages 4-9, $12/class.
This class will guide you through simple, gentle movements to release chronic tension and pain in your neck and shoulders. Learn how eye moments when combined with gentle head movements can increase the effectiveness of releasing these stress filled muscles. Hanna Somatic Education is a reliable technique for resetting the resting tone of muscles for immediate and sustained relief from musculoskeletal pain. Experience with Hanna Somatic Exercises is not required, only a curious mind and the ability to get up and down off the floor. This is a great class to introduce family and friends to Hanna Somatics!
