Join us virtually! It's time for the Summer Solstice version of the 108 Sun Salutations! But why is 108 so special? In Buddhism, there are 108 delusions of the mind. In Hinduism, there are 108 prayer beads on a mala. In eastern medicine, there are 108 energy points that make up the heart chakra. The distance between the earth and the sun is 108 times the diameter of the sun, and the diameter of the sun is 108 times the diameter of the earth. And heck, in baseball, there are 108 double stitches on the ball! Here at Inspiring Actions, we’re just going to do 108 Sun Salutations because we want to feel awesome!
We're excited for this to be our first ever Zoom version of the 108s, so things will look a little different.
