Prerequisites: Confidence with inverting from the floor, pole-assisted handstand, extended butterfly.

Prerequisites: Confidence with dancing in heels, inverting from the floor, pole-assisted handstand/ forearm stand, one-handed spins on static pole.
Note: It is possible to perform without heels but socks and knee protection are required.
Learn Kathryn’s signature soft & dynamic basework combos. These combinations will include but are not limited to threads, barrel rolls, legwork, and controlled drops.
Prerequisites: Confidence with pirouettes, fan kicks and beginner spins on static pole such as chair spin, carousel, etc.
