Youth Breaking
Monday and Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
Session dates: June 23rd - July 6th
(Ages 7-12) This class has a focus on foundational hip hop and break dancing. Kids will be well rounded street dancers with this awesome combo!
Foundations includes elements of breaking, whacking, house dancing, popping and locking.
DRESS CODE: Comfortable and moveable clothing. No skirts or dresses. Clean gym shoes. Hair pulled away from face.
TARDY POLICY: If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, without giving the instructor advance notice you will be tardy, you will not be allowed into class that day.
Registration required. One class per week.
To schedule a makeup class, please email dovetailstudios@gmail.com. All make ups must be completed by May 1st. There are only 4 make ups allowed per session. Dancers must make up in a class of a similar level or age group. Make ups do not roll over to the next session.
Youth Musical Theater

Ages 8 and older
(Ages 8-12) Youth Musical Theatre Dance is a sharp and fast-paced technique that incorporates jazz technique with the big stages of broadway in mind. This class teaches rhythm and timing, as well as builds strength and coordination with music from the biggest shows! Level 1 is the introductory level, for those new to Musical Theatre Dance.
