Adult Tap Begninng is a great class to learn the basics of Tap Dancing. Class exercises and routines that develop rhythm, coordination, and conditioning. Registration is required, repeatable.

Adult Contemporary teaches the foundations of the modern dance technique, from standing exercises floor work and across the floor from the various styles of modern dance. This class is great for those who are beginners!

Session A: July 7th - Aug. 3rd
This class is for absolute beginners! Ballet is a great physical activity that involves cardio, stretching, concentration, music, and memory. It burns calories, lengthens and strengthens muscles and contributes to an all-around sense of well-being. This is an engaging, upbeat, thoughtful class that challenges without frustrating the students while focusing on helping them adjust their technical placement and posture for better strength and control.

WEDNESDAYS 7:30p - 8:30p
Session B Dates: July 7th - August 3rd
Adult Tap Foundations provides a slower pace with emphasis on the basic technique including weight shifts, strong sounds and musicality. This class is a pre cursor to Beginning Tap or could be taken in conjunction with Beginning Tap. Class exercises and routines will develop rhythm, coordination, and conditioning.
