Experience Flow with Live Music, a beautifully authentic way to bring music into our movement practice. This all-level slow-flow class will be accompanied by live acoustic guitar and mantras led by Anthony and Yasmine. Join us for a jam session after class to keep the good vibes going. Bring your own instrument to play or simply listen and enjoy!

Where there is grief, there is loss. But there is also an incredible amount of love to receive and a wonderful opportunity to heal and rebuild. Please join us for a monthly gathering in a safe space to share your story, your love and your healing.
A gentle Yoga Restore class will start at 12:00pm followed by a gathering/share. All donations for the class and gathering will go to LoveBulbs Co.
