We NEED your stories and wisdom! Pre, peri, post, “in”, those suspecting they might be heading towards the transition.
What to expect:
10-minute breathwork
25-minute balance and strengthening postures
20-minute wisdom/dialogue/sharing - class prompt
5- minute savasana
*No need to be present at all classes, but you are most welcome!
Investment: $72 for all 4 sessions.
New to the studio? We have everything you need. Just show up 5-10 minutes early.
Bring your littles for this special event. Danielle will introduce breathing techniques to help calm big emotions. Learn simple poses and movements for little bodies and short attention spans.
Mommy + 1 = $25
If you don't take care of yourself, you are no good to the ones

relaxation and self-care with us, for Mother's Day or just because
you need it.
Relax and restore your body and mind in with the added ambiance of
a candlelit room.
Learn self-care techniques including foot massage based on Chinese
meridian theory.
Enjoy gentle movement and restorative yoga poses.

Relaxing guided Meditation
Soft Thai bodywork will be included in the final pose of class for
savasana. Expect to leave this workshop feeling rejuvenated!
Sip on some hot tea, enjoy some chocolate and take home a little
self-care goodie bag.
