This program offers 200 hours of pre- recorded content to complete at your convenience, as well as 6 online zoom sessions with a mentor every other Saturday from 1-6pm every. The pace allows students to complete the online work in advance of sessions so they can participate in practicum exercises and questions and answers to process and grow with the content for the best learning experience. This training includes a 4.5 day retreat style immersion at our facility.

The pace allows students to complete the online work in advance of sessions so they can participate in practicum exercises and questions and answers to process and grow with the content for the best learning experience.
This Yoga Alliance Certification course unfolds at an accelerated rated rate in a 14-16 day format allowing students an opportunity to dive deeply into yoga and receive their certification in a progressive, inspirational way. We pace our day to sustain the longer hours comfortably, and a vegan lunch and dinner together is included, served on the grounds of Heartwood, affording us time to break bread together to connect as a group. This program includes Reiki level 1 training, aerial yoga certification as well. (Arrangements can be made to take the Aerial weekend on another session if the student is willing to return another time for the weekend course & students can substitute chair yoga for aerial if they are willing to return later for the course.)
Affordable housing options are available and we will pick up from
the airport on arrival day at 4:00 pm.
