We are so excited to be offering a Yoga and Energetics Retreat in Costa Rica February 2nd-9th, 2025. The retreat will be held at Tierra de Suenos Lodge & Wellness Center located in Playa Chiquita, 6 kms from Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. This serene and lush ecotourist hideaway is nestled in the jungle, right next to some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.

What's Included in Your Retreat:

• 7 Nights Accommodations (shared rustic bungalows)
• 3 Locally Sourced Meals a Day
• 2 Daily Somatic Yoga and Energetic Practices led by Freia Ramsey and a Daily Morning Meditation and 3-4 evening Meditation and Intention Circles with Group Discussions led by David Ramsey

Flights and transportation to and from the retreat are separate (group shuttles are available).
