Move, play, and relax! Üphoria offers half-day camps for children ages 5-8 to explore yoga and mindfulness in a safe and playful way. Camps are appropriate for children new to yoga and experienced yogis alike. Activities include breathwork, yoga poses and expressive movement, games, arts & crafts, outdoor time, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle and nut-free snack.
3-5 year olds can register for a weekly yoga spring break series at Üphoria. Sign your child up for a chance to engage in age-appropriate yoga activities to promote skill building, sensory exploration, hand-eye coordination, and more. Each yoga series activity includes introductory yoga poses, child-friendly breathwork, mindful crafts, expressive movement, yoga games, and relaxation.

Uplift & Unwind! Üphoria offers half-day and full-day yoga camps for kids ages 9-12 to explore yoga and mindfulness in a safe and inclusive environment. Camps are appropriate for kids new to yoga and experienced yogis alike. Activities include breathwork, yoga poses and expressive movement, team-building exercises, games, arts & crafts, outdoor time, and relaxation. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a water bottle. Half-day campers should pack a nut-free snack; two snacks and a nutritious lunch is required for all full-day campers.
