Sink into one of our zero gravity chairs for the ultimate experience in letting go. The weightlessness of the zero gravity chair causes deep relaxation and healing on a physical and mental level. In the zero gravity position, the heart is aligned with your feet and is able to work more effectively, as well as minimize stress on the heart. In addition, better blood flow causes reduced swelling, helping you experience less pain overall.
 
The benefits of a Sound Journey are amplified through active listening and can promote healing in: anxiety, stress, pain, clarity, memory, immunity, creativity and more. Everything in the known universe is vibrating at various frequencies. We are not only surrounded by these frequency emitting sounds, but we create our very own frequencies. With guided meditation and healing through the use of overtone emitting instruments like gongs, bowls, bells and chimes, we can allow our mind, body and spirit to cultivate a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
This deep relaxation can encourage altered states of consciousness and help us move the blockages associated with: trauma, anxiety, stress, & negative emotions while promoting clarity, mindfulness and concentration. Sound can allow for healing physically, emotionally & spiritually and help us return to our true nature.

Until we begin to work with grief, our compassion cannot be stable.
We can transmute grief & separation to feelings of connection and compassion and find relief by acknowledging our grief in community.
This free virtual support group provides a safe space to share the grief and difficulties you are working with.
Sessions begin with a short reading to prompt & guide our sharing.
Guests will have an opportunity to share and acknowledge the grief & difficulties you are experiencing.
We'll close with a guided meditation.
