You're a more advanced poler now!
You'll be upside down alot more from here on in and with the
strength and technique you've gained the combos will start to get
longer and more involved. We will be covering a wider variety of
leg and hand grips as you work towards our top level.
This is a great class for focussing on more advanced techniques and
transitions.
♦ You must have completed Pole Level 5 or equivalent
♦ You must be able to aerial invert, inside and outside leg
hangs& leg switches, Superman, strong butterflies and from
jamilla, caterpillar and all intermediate climbs, spins and sits on
spin pole and Shoulder mount
♦ We will work primarily on spin pole with 1-2 static and one
optional heels class per term

Level 3/4 is for those who are competent in all level 3 moves and have done that level several times but are still working towards inverting.
You will start to learn some super cool Level 4 skills while recapping the Level 3 moves and combos with some more advanced options
♦ We will work primarily on spin pole with 1 static and one optional heels class per term
♦ You're assured of Full 1 hour classes with our changeover and cleaning time inbetween each class
♦ You must have completed Pole Level 3 or equivalent
♦ Please check with your instructor or studio management if you are unsure if this is the correct level for you
Heels optional
You're addicted now and feeling strong and confident so be
prepared to invert more and add more challenging moves and spins
into your dance routine.
♦ You must have completed Pole Level 3 or equivalent and be able to
invert to V, inverted crucifix, Outside leg hang and all basic
climbs, spins and sits on both sides.
♦ We will work primarily on spin pole with 1-2 static and one
optional heels class per term
♦ You're assured of Full 1 hour classes with our changeover and
cleaning time inbetween each class
♦ Please check with your instructor or studio management if you are
unsure if this is the correct level for you

Combining all moves up to and including level 5 with options for higher levels this is a great way to build your pole stamina and flow and work towards a full dance routine and starts to include more inverts and longer combinations up the pole with some harder options for more advanced dancers
♦ Heels are optional in pole routine classes.
