Looking for a practice that balances yoga postures, intuitive movement, breathwork, and meditation? Curious and want to know more? Join Katharina for a 75-minute integrated yoga practice designed to balance your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Intervals of vinyasa yoga are paired with breathwork, intuitive movement, and intentional pauses. This well-rounded practice will leave you feeling lighter and more in-touch with your body, mind, and soul. We end each practice with a 15-minute meditation and optional journaling to help you reflect on the experience. No prior yoga experience is required. Join us once a month for an evening of immersive meditation through sound healing techniques led by Shane Elks. This sound bath will focus on awakening stored energy and rebalancing from within. You will be guided by breath work, therapeutic bells and crystal bowls, vocal chakra tones and more. Prepare to find incredible relaxation for your mind, body and soul.
There is no physical movement. Bring a mat/blanket, and any props you prefer to use for meditation.
