This is a Team Prep class for gymnasts looking to advance to our Xcel Bronze or Silver team. Focus will be on all 4 events of women’s gymnastics, Vault, Bars, Beam & Floor, with an emphasis on technique and proper form. Each practice will also allow specific time for conditioning and flexibility. This group will practice 2 days per week for 2 hours. While this may seem like a long practice it is necessary to effectively hit at least 3 events per day and include the needed strength training (conditioning) and stretching (flexibility) to train safely.
This class is by invite only. If you believe your child has the experience to join please contact the front desk to set up an evaluation.
Each year we host 2 class showcases for the students registered in our recreational and preteam programs. The show is a great place for the students to showcase their hard work and be rewarded for their dedication and commitment to the sport of gymnastics. The students will work to learn skills & routines starting in the spring during their already scheduled classes. Family and friends are invited to attend. Event time will be posted after the entry deadline.
All students in Girls Gymnastics, Sunbeams, Sparklers, Twinklers, Rockets, Firecrackers, Shining Stars and Hot Shots are invited to participate. Tumbling and Parent & Tot classes are not offered at this time.
If your student is coming 1 day per week and would like to upgrade to 2 days per week talk to the front desk about our Essential Membership.
Your Extreme Birthday Party includes up to 16 children, 1 hour of coach led gym time and 1 hour in our party room. We also provide and Extreme Gym t-shirt for each participant so no need to bring goodie bags! Each party will be hosted by 2 fun, friendly coaches. They will not only provide a fun filled gym experience your guests won't forget but they are also at your service in the party room to help serve, clean up, write a gift giver list and even help take your gifts out the car when the party is over!
Add an extra 1/2 hour for $50.
