This 4-week Yin Yoga series will be a journey through the energetic system with Gabby Cosgrove. Each week students will be uncovering a couple chakras, exploring the yoga postures, emotions, mantras and mudras associated with each. During week 3, Gabby will offer Ceremonial Cacao and Hawthorn Tea to tap into the heart.

Yoga For Women's Health with Mia Tarduno
A nourishing series of classes, education, and discussion on the female body, psyche, and hormonal system. Each class will include a full movement practice based in Hatha Yoga, Womb Yoga, and Restorative Yoga practices and education on Women’s Health. Movement practices will include smooth, repetitive, movements that increase circulation, balance the Nervous System, and soothe hormonal imbalances. Education pieces offered will support transitions and rites of passage in a woman’s life. Expect to gain skills to facilitate pelvic care for yourself and others you may support. No experience is necessary, all bodies are welcome, and very beneficial for pregnant bodies.
This series is for students, health practitioners and yoga teachers. For yoga instructors registered with Yoga Alliance, 6 hours of CEU’s will be offered.
Mia brings her experience as a birth doula, certified prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher, Level 2 Restorative Yoga Instructor, and certified womb yoga teacher to this series.

This 105 minute session combines the guided meditation & Restorative Yoga practices with therapeutic massage. These deeply nourishing sessions with be co-led by senior instructor, Sarah Sol and local L.M.T., Kristin Larson.

Part One: The Yoga Intensive
The Sol Yoga Intensive is designed to deepen one’s yoga practice far beyond regular studio classes. The program thoroughly examines asana alignment, pranayama technique, sequencing and arc of the vinyasa practice. In addition to the physical practice, the Yoga Intensive explores the history of Yoga, yogic philosophy, mythology and the energetic body. Students will be given tools to increase their knowledge base of the yoga practice, communicate instructions clearly and hold space for others in the class room. Homework assignments are given throughout the Yoga intensive and are part of the graduation requirement.
