Treat your partner and yourself to a loving couples yoga mini retreat. This mini retreat is a 3-part series including reflection, healing, bonding, meditating, and setting goals for your relationship. No yoga experience is necessary for this mini retreat. Each session is approximately 75 minutes. Join for all 3 sessions or any that you can attend.
Monica has 5 years experience in teaching yoga, acquired a Master’s Degree in Couple and Family therapy from Adler University in Chicago, and is an attuned/certified Reiki practitioner. This will not reflect couples therapy, rather, it will provide an opportunity to nurture your relationship with your partner in a peaceful and supportive group environment. Sign up while there are spots available!
Maximum attendance is 6 couples, 12 students total. Only one person per couple needs to register.

Barre at the Brewery: an Inspiring Actions class at Swinging Bridge Brewery. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and a towel because It's Always Hazy in a barre class.
Come join us as we enjoy the soothing sound of Himalayan Singing Bowls! Use sound to clear your mind and relax your body which in turn allows your body to have the ability to heal itself. There are several types of sound that can be used for meditation. Using a rhythmic flow of sound and various methods, transcend you into a relaxing meditative state. A shifting of your energy occurs and opens the opportunity for better health and better sleep, nourishing your body, mind, and soul. No experience necessary & everyone is welcome.
