We are SO excited to invite our junior aerialists to perform in our upcoming Kids Circus Showcase! Sat. June 1st, 2024 at Good Karma Studio from 4-6PM! If you're new to joining a showcase, don't be nervous! Our team of passionate instructors are here to help you in any and every way!
How It Works: For our beginner performers, join a Group Performance piece! For our intermediate/advanced students, it’s time to create your own sequence!
1. Group Performance Pieces (Level 1/2 Students) In order for your child to participate in the Student Showcase they must enroll in one of the next upcoming 5-week series. There will be an additional 2 or 3 week commitment to the same class time leading up to the showcase classes so the kids don't loose everything they’ve learned. (details below).

Aerial Yoga for kids is a fun way to stretch & strengthen the mind, body & spirit. Students will practice classical yoga poses, flying poses, safe inversions, and relaxation techniques. Students will leave with a new trust in themselves, and having received many wonderful health benefits! We keep movements and activities fresh so you child can keep taking this series over and over!
- Children will learn yogic breathing exercises & coping/calming skills.
- Enhance concentration, strength, flexibility, & heighten body awareness in a creative and fun new way.
- Send fresh oxygenated blood to the brain for mental clarity, alertness, and focus.
- Life will be full of challenges, give your kids the courage and confidence to fly through them with a little more ease!
Why a 5 Week Series?
A 5 week series allows children to learn through play, repetition,
and consistency. Yoga is not a destination, rather, a journey
through ones lifetime. Ideally, when children learn this sense of
discipline at a young age, the benefits of a committed yoga
practice can ripple out into their everyday life activities,
relationships, and responsibilities. When they learn that yoga
takes practice versus an immediate accomplishment, they learn and
accept that life is a path with good days, bad days, and everything
in between.

Kids All Levels Silks 5 Week Series
$110/5 Weeks
These 5-week series are ongoing throughout the year, with a one week break in-between series. This time, our junior aerialists learn beginner fun flips and tricks on the silks! Students will explore a variety of moves while focusing on proper alignment & technique to build upper body strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus on body awareness. These classes promote “overcoming fears & obstacles” all while laughing with our peers!
Series are space limited / quantity sensitive so there are no exchanges or refunds.
In this 5 week series, we will introduce you to the silks circus aparatus! Learn the basics with us and strenghten our bodies and brains! ! We'll go over fundamentals, wrist and foot locks, how to climb and get into beautiful beginner poses and sequneces. A 5 week course is designed for students to uniformly advance together. If any poses don't agree with your body, no sweat! Everything is adaptable :)
-Aerial class packages can not be used towards this series, and missed classes will not be credited back to your account
