60 minute of all-levels yoga inside the Salt Cave! Receive the full benefits of a salt cave session and a yoga class in one! This class will give you a good stretch, relax your muscles and connect to your breath while the cave improves your breathing and calms the mind!

Join us for kid's yoga IN THE SALT CAVE! Bring the kiddos to the peak of the Himalayan Mountains at Be Happy for fun, and receive the benefits of yoga and Himalayan Salt! Kids will enjoy a special yoga class that introduces children to a non-competitive physical activity that encourages self-esteem and body awareness. Yoga helps children with coordination and offers a sense of calm through the practice of fun poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing & relaxation. The salt cave helps improve breathing and reduces allergy and asthma symptoms. Please register in advance as space is limited. Mats are provided.
