A circle of connection, belonging, and growth
We warmly invite you to join our new Community Circle, a space where we come together to connect, share, learn and where each of us brings value through our unique gifts. In a world that can sometimes feel isolating, we believe in the power of community to bring us closer and to help us thrive!
As part of our monthly gathering, we will explore the heart of community, how it nourishes us, in ways it meets our most essential human needs so that we can flourish together.
Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend a snack to pass and let’s grow and learn together in the supportive welcoming environment. Let’s see what we can grow.
Join us for a family movement + sound bath! We will begin with a few simple, energy releasing stretches so that we can then sit peacefully through a sound meditation. During the sound bath, we encourage participants to release into the meditative experience however is comfortable. Because kids find the bowls so fascinating, there will be time for the kiddos to play the sound bowls themselves for a few minutes!
As we are encouraging kids of all ages to
participate, please expect a family friendly environment throughout
SRYM. Within the studio space itself, Alex will play a relaxing
tune on the bowls, while in the lobby we will have some white
noise, couches, and water available for those who need to get out a
few extra wiggles. Wherever you end up enjoying the experience,
know you will feel the vibrational benefits of the 7-chakra attuned
bowls. Participants often leave feeling more relaxed, a little
warmer, more balanced, and overall calmer.
We will require each participant under 16 to be accompanied by a
guardian. $30 includes 1 guardian and 1 child. Additional family
spaces can be booked for $10 extra.
Additional Family Member Ticket. (Can only be used if in combination with already purchased event pass)
Together, lets learn to love ourselves again.
Sam & Becky are excited to offer you a day long retreat experience. During this retreat, students will be taught ways to shift the mindset into embracing their authentic, beautiful selves. We will begin to heal the relationship with ourselves through conversation, mediation, movement, breathwork, and self-reflection. The day will include moments of self-realization within the embrace and diversity of community. Together, we will explore individualized anatomy, yoga posture breakdowns, and energetic and emotional implications of body perceptions. By recognizing our differences, we can embody our light and uplift ourselves alongside our community.
The full day itinerary is designed to assist each attendee in their journey to healing. Multiple methods will be utilized to offer diverse modalities ensuring each student resonates with various healing avenues. The day will begin with a welcome, and be followed by a warming morning practice, pranayama and a long savasana. We will then enjoy a nourishing meal and gather again for a guided group conversation, anatomy conversation, energy bracelet making and individual breakout sessions. These breakout sessions give each attendee the chance to work with a teacher one-on-one to understand their personal posture shape in a tricky pose and various practitioners to enjoy special personalized relaxation experiences. We will come back together to learn how to care for the bracelets and our energies. With this new body understanding, we will feel like the next asana practice was planned specifically for the individual. We will share another meal, release into a guided meditation, and then join other community members with a special Yoga Bliss practice. This practice, led by Kim Haas, includes deep restorative practices, guided sleep meditation that brings us more intune to our bodies, and a long savasana filled with reiki (energy re-balancing).
After this time together, each attendee will go home with a renewed sense of self and tools to continue the work beyond the retreat.
Snacks, lunch & dinner included. Tea station available, please bring your own mug.
Please bring your own mat, water bottle, blanket, pillow, and any props you'd like to use through the day.
