Mother's Day Nourish & Restore

Join us for a special Mothers Day Yoga class as we offer ourselves the gift of self-care. Nourish and Restore was designed for Yoga practitioners of all levels, with a special emphasis on honoring and nourishing the self. We will spend the first half of class in a Hatha practice, holding poses for strength and release. We will end class with a series of restorative poses to encourage a full surrender in mind and body. Bring yourself and bring a loved one...you won't want to miss this opportunity to deeply nourish your body, mind and soul.
