Nourish and Restore was designed for Yoga practitioners of all levels, with a special emphasis on honoring and nourishing the self. We will spend the first half of class in a Hatha practice, holding poses for strength and release. We will end class with a series of restorative poses to encourage a full surrender in mind and body.
