Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, by people of various cultures, all across the world. The benefits are now measurable, and therefore undeniable; increased clarity, focus and concentration, lower blood pressure, better sleep...this list goes on and on. Getting started however can seem daunting, and sticking with it a challenge. In this all-levels workshop, we will provide multiple tools to help you along the path to being more mindFULL. Mindfullness and meditation are intimately connected, and as we discuss the basic neuroscience of how brain waves flow, engage in breathwork, and practice a variety of basic meditation techniques, you will find cultivating a regular meditation practice to be not only accessible, but quite enjoyable. Join us! Together we will work to cultivate an overall sense of happiness and well being.
