Join Be One Yoga for a 4-month journey into the heart of yoga—studying the Yamas and Niyamas from the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Together, we’ll explore how these timeless principles can be a design for living and healing, supported by self-reflection and the power of women’s connection.
What to Expect:
- A small group of women meeting weekly to build connection, support, and mind-body awareness through the 8 Limbs of Yoga and the Chakras.
- Asana, meditation, yoga nidra, sound therapy, and journaling.
- Practical discussions on applying the yamas and niyamas in daily life.
- A safe, respectful space where every voice is valued.
