We are excited to announce a special event at Barefoot Studio: Hero's Practice, a free yoga class for active military, police, firefighters, EMTs, and other first responders. This class is our way of saying thank you for all the hard work and sacrifices you make to keep our communities safe and healthy.

Hero's Practice will be led by David Kleinman, a retired Air Rescue Paramedic and Rope Rescue Technician, as well as a certified yoga instructor. David's unique background and expertise make him the perfect teacher for this class, which will focus on relieving back and hip pain - a common issue for those in physically demanding professions.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Hero's Practice is a great way to take care of your body and mind and connect with others in your community who share your commitment to service.
