Somatic Breathwork Journey (Monthly
Series)
This guided breathwork experience uses intentional breathing
patterns, music, and body awareness to help release stored tension,
process emotions, and regulate the nervous system. Unlike passive
practices, somatic breathwork is active—you’ll be lying down,
breathing in specific rhythms, and tuning into physical sensations
as they arise.
Each 2-hour workshop includes a short introduction, guided breathwork journey, and time to rest and integrate. Participants often experience emotional release, deep relaxation, or increased clarity. No experience is needed—just come as you are and be open to the process.

This extended restorative class is designed for deep rest from the moment you arrive. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and eye pillows, you’ll be guided into fully supported reclining and seated poses that require little to no muscular effort.
Each posture is held for several minutes, giving the body time to soften, the breath to slow, and the nervous system to shift into a state of rest and recovery. Gentle aromatherapy is woven throughout class to enhance relaxation, and a guided meditation during the final portion helps settle the mind and bring a sense of ease and clarity.
Expect very slow pacing, long periods of stillness, and an overall feeling of being held and supported. This is less about stretching and more about allowing the body and mind to fully downshift.
After class, you’re invited to stay for a casual social moment with a glass of prosecco bubbly.
No prior experience needed. Dress comfortably and come ready to rest.
We will explore many different types of sound using Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Gongs…to name a few. We will deeply immerse as the sounds bathe you during this Sound Healing experience. Surely, you will travel to a state of BLISS!
