
This Yoga Series includes three robust 2.5 hour Asana classes & one 2.5 hour Hybrid class, which contains 50% Yoga & 50% Ceremony & Music Healing. The Hybrid class is generally an afternoon class & runs in sequence with a morning class; this is to ensure that yogis have already completed one strong asana practice before the music healing class. Ancestral Voices centers on the philosophies & traditions of our inspired ancestors who were the Wisdom Keepers, Medicine People, Explorers, Adventurers & Spiritual Warriors that walked the Earth before us. Ancestral Voices brings a special focus on the Aboriginal people of Australia, the world’s oldest living culture, which recognized Nature as a Teacher, Advisor & Ally.

Warrior poses are foundational to modern yoga—but that doesn’t mean they’re easy. Whether you’ve been practicing for years or are newer to the mat, Warrior 1 and Warrior 2 deserve a closer look.
In this 90-minute micro workshop, we’ll break down the alignment, transitions, and energetic intention of these iconic postures. Learn how to work with your individual anatomy, clarify common misalignments, and explore modifications that support strength and ease.

Experiencing a Sound Bath during a Full Moon is a potent time to release what no longer serves and to manifest your hearts deepest desires! A Sound Bath is a full body meditative experience where one is immersed in deep sound vibrations through resonate sounds from instruments which include crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes and various other instruments. The frequencies from the instruments wash over ones entire being and can bring one to a theta brain wave where deep healing and transformation can take place. One will be bathed in sound waves and will surely travel to a state of bliss!
