
In this playful and supportive class, kids are invited to explore through mindful movement, breathwork, and creativity. Big Feelings & Little Yogis is designed to help children recognize and work with their emotions—like excitement, frustration, worry, or joy—using tools that are fun, simple, and empowering.
This class includes:

A gentle, kid-friendly yoga practice to move energy and build body awareness

Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation. (We will be getting wet during this)

A couple of thoughtful crafts that helps reinforce the theme of the day
Through storytelling, games, movement, and art, children will learn how to pause, notice how they feel, and respond with kindness and confidence.
What to Expect:

Who It’s For:
Open to children ages 6-14 (flexible depending on the group), no
yoga experience needed. Perfect for high-energy kids, deep feelers,
or anyone who could use a gentle pause in their day.
Please Bring:
A yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and clothes they can move in and
get wet. All craft materials are provided.
