This 7-week yin yoga series invites you into a quiet, inward exploration of the body’s energetic landscape. Through long-held yin postures, we will work with both the chakra system and the meridian pathways rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the flow of life energy (qi) throughout the body.
Each week we will focus on a different chakra, observing how physical sensation, emotional tone, and subtle energy shift with time and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes to encourage deep release, nervous system regulation, and mindful awareness of what arises in the body and mind.
