Melt is a slow, soulful yin practice designed to help you soften the edges, unwind deep tension, and slip into a state of ease. This class invites you to dissolve the layers of stress that accumulate throughout daily life, using long-held shapes, steady breath, and mindful stillness to coax the body into release. Youโll ease into poses that target the connective tissues, hips, spine, and shoulders- areas where we tend to hold the most tension. Expect quiet guidance, soothing imagery, and plenty of space to simply feel. As the body softens, the mind follows. Melt is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect inward, and let yourself be held in stillness. By the end of class, youโll feel lighter, softer, and more spacious, like something inside you has gently loosened. Everyone is welcomeโno experience necessary!
