Yoga Basics: Your Personal Yoga Style Starts Here

The purpose of this Gentle Yoga class offered each Wednesday morning in series at 10:30 – 11:30 am is to gently advance your personal yoga practice. It is designed to facilitate your personal exploration of the basic yoga postures. Whether you are striving to evolve your yoga poses or just beginning to learn the poses this series will boost your progress. All classes encourage prop use as we take the time to focus on the pose progressions so you can develop your own unique yoga style.
