Candlelight Yin and Yoga Nidra

This candlelit evening practice is an invitation to slow all the way down. The first half of the class offers 30 minutes of gentle yin yoga, long-held, supported postures designed to release tension from the deeper layers of the body, soothe the nervous system, and create space to breathe and settle.

From there, you’ll be guided into 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep. Practiced lying down and fully supported, Yoga Nidra is a style of guided meditation that leads you into a state between waking and sleep, where deep rest and restoration can occur. While the body rests completely, the mind is gently guided, allowing stress to unwind and the nervous system to reset.

This class is perfect if you’re feeling depleted, overstimulated, or simply craving deep rest. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are, get cozy, and allow yourself to be held in stillness, softness, and candlelit calm.
