Through long-held, passive shapes and guided meditation, each class explores themes such as mindfulness, the nature of suffering, letting go, and compassion. Rather than striving or achieving, students are invited to slow down, turn inward, and observe their inner landscape with curiosity and care.
This series is an opportunity to experience these teachings not just as ideas, but as lived, embodied practices, cultivating a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and inner stillness both on and off the mat.
