This is a 4 class package that introduces you to Pole dancing. This is the best place to start for anyone that has never done pole before and is interesed in exploring something new. Each class will build on the previous week's class so by the end you will feel comfortable with Pole dancing and can join the Pole 1 classes.
Each of the 4 sessions will start with a 10 minute warmup, some pole specific strengthening exercises, specific Pole skills, and some time to practice before the instructors lead you thorugh a cool down. Throughout the series you will learn Pole terminology and a few flowy sequences that you will be able to put together into a routine including dance moves, transition moves, and spins. At the end of each class there will be a little time for freestyle, where the teacher will lead the routine combining all the learned moves and you can follow along, add your own flair to the routine, or let your dance creativity flow by doing your own thing.
Space is limited in these classes to give you as much time with the Pole as possible. You will be share a Pole with one other student.
