Community Acupuncture offers high-quality, affordable treatments in a group setting. Sessions will take place in one of Aditi’s spacious and peaceful yoga room, where patients will be individually treated in supportive and restorative Yoga postures, on a mat, on the floor for about one hour. There are many props and blankets to ensure comfort, and ambient relaxing music will be played. This therapeutic setting offers individuals an opportunity to relax, renew and receive the proven method of Chinese Medicine’s Balance Method.

Celebrate connection, presence, and love this Mother’s Day with a special experience designed for mothers and their children. This heart-centered gathering weaves together gentle, accessible yoga with a deeply restorative sound bath, creating space to slow down, breathe, and simply be together.
We’ll begin with a playful and nurturing yoga practice, inviting movement, laughter, and meaningful connection between parent and child. The session will then transition into a calming sound bath, where soothing tones and vibrations encourage deep relaxation for both body and mind.
To close our time together, children will create a meaningful gift from the heart—each one helping to arrange a beautiful floral bouquet for their mother to take home. Florals are thoughtfully provided by our neighbors at CedarHouse, adding a touch of local love to this special experience.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, connected, and cherished.

Join this supportive 3-hour workshop to process and honor your birth story through the wisdom of your body. Together, we'll engage with gentle somatic practices (like embodied movement and guided reflection) and expansive breathwork. Capped at 8 participants, we’ll move at the pace of your nervous system, allowing space for whatever feels unfinished—grief, guilt, tenderness, or complexity—as well as embracing your empowerment. You brought a human into the world! It’s no wonder that given the magnitude of birth, your story can hold both unbounded joy and pain or grief, often at the same time. Because these experiences live in our bodies and not just our minds, these somatic practices and breathwork reach the parts of you that need more care, attention, and completion.
While trauma-informed, this is not group therapy. Instead of centering a detailed retelling of your birth, you’ll be invited to connect with your birth story through felt senses in your body, while being witnessed in a come-as-you-are environment. All birth experiences welcome. No prior experience with somatics or breathwork necessary. Come with a willingness to try something new. Leave with a deepened connection with your self, your story, and your child.
