Halloween Twerkshop brought to you by our twerk queen Ms. Princess
Jae!
This fun
filled 90 minute workshop is for all levels! You will not only
learn how to bounce that BOOty, roll those hips and drop it like
it's hot; you will also learn to put them together in short routine
that will be sure to wow your friends!!
Come
dressed to impress in your cutest Trick or Treat costume!
Loosely
fitted or stretchy shorts/pants to allow for booty movement is also
recommended! There will be some foxy floorwork involved in our
twerk routine so please bring knee pads/ leg warmers. If you do not
own a pair, now worries, we've got you covered. You can purchase a

Heels Workshop with NakuraRed
Want to master your heels?
In this workshop students will study & gain an understanding of the pole shoe. Using this knowledge we will delve into all the ways we can use heels to our advantage!
Students will become familiar with several ankle strengthening exercises & learn the techniques of walking/dancing in pole dance heels.
Become more confident in your movement off & on the pole.
This workshop is for advanced beginners and all levels above.
(Must have pole shoes ---platforms/pleaser shoes--- be comfortable with pirouettes & different grip holds like split grip, stronghold grip, anchor grip, etc.)
