Yoga for Beginners Workshop April

New to yoga or returning after a long break? This is the perfect place to begin. In this welcoming, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga step by step! No prior experience required.

Our founder and lead teacher, Arundhati B., will guide you through essential poses, breathing techniques, and alignment in a clear, engaging way, with plenty of time for questions and personalized attention.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel more confident on the mat and leave with a strong foundation in yoga. Plus receive guidance and support for taking the next step into regular weekly classes.

Class is gentle to moderately paced. We've helped 1000s of people in the past decade begin their yoga journey successfully. Don't hesitate. All our classes are welcoming, fun and engaging.

No prior experience necessary. Suitable for pregnancy.

What to bring or know...

  • Bring a non-skid yoga mat. Avoid these type of mats.

  • Wear something that allows you to stretch and move freely

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class

  • Class is bare feet

  • Arrive 5 or 10 minutes before class to settle in

  • Yoga props will be provided in studio
