This guided Yin Yoga practice will begin with a short introduction to help you understand the purpose and approach of the practice. The remainder of the time will be devoted to a guided Yin experience — slow, quiet, and spacious — allowing you to fully settle into the postures and the benefits of stillness. Long-held, supported shapes cultivate patience, sensory awareness, and quiet internal focus while gently engaging connective tissues and joints. Open to all levels and especially relevant for practitioners accustomed to movement-based yoga.
