These sound healing sessions are more than just a moment of rest—they are an invitation for deep transformation. Whether someone is navigating emotional overwhelm, physical tension, or simply craving a sacred pause from everyday stress, the gentle vibrations offer a safe space to release and realign. Many people find improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a renewed sense of clarity after a session. It’s a non-verbal journey inward, where frequencies do the speaking, and the body remembers how to heal. I welcome you into this space of sound and healing—a place to rest, reconnect, and remember the peace within. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be honored to hold space for your journey.

This 20-hour Foundational Training from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment (Brookline, MA) introduces attendees to the core concepts and applications of TCTSY. It offers specific tools to facilitate trauma-sensitive movement through hatha yoga and breathwork in a unique way informed by robust research and decades of work with survivors.
This training supports yoga teachers and therapists to make their work more trauma-informed, and supports those working in the mental health field to bring the body into treatment, a vital part of healing complex trauma, developmental trauma and chronic PTSD. Open to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of complex, intersectional trauma, there are no pre-requisites to attend.
TCTSY
has foundations in trauma theory, attachment theory, neuroscience,
and hatha yoga. It supports participants to cultivate embodied
healing and a sense of agency so often compromised by complex
trauma. In2017, TCTSY became the first dedicated yoga
program listed as an evidence-based program (EBP) for the treatment
of psychological trauma.
This is the primary pre-training required to apply to the 300-hour Certification Program in TCTSY. Topics of study include:
