Sacroiliac Joint Workshop
Many people are familiar with the sacroiliac joint because of aching low backs. The SI joint is the foundation of the pelvis and the low back. Although there is only meant to be a little movement in this
joint, some people experience joint stress that leads
to chronic pain. In this workshop, you will learn how
to rehabilitate your SI joint.
Importantly, you will learn:
1. How to build supporting muscle groups,
2. How yoga can help and hinder your SI joint,
3. SOS rehab techniques for when your pain is at a crisis level.
* The first part of the workshop (1-3:30pm) is open to everyone. The second part (until 5pm) is focused learning for yoga teachers and yoga therapists.

Cost: $65 early bird for entire workshop, or $60 for 1-3:30pm (ends Oct 23), $75 after for entire workshop after early bird, or $50 for 1-3:30pm.
