Movement and Stillness: A 6 week series of Yoga for Chronic Pain
This series is designed for people living with chronic pain. It will include pain science information, mindful movement, breathwork, and guided rest practices to support pain management. The emphasis is on movement at your pace, with plenty of space to make choices that work for you and your body on the day.
