In this six week series, we will explore unconscious postural patterns that can contribute to shoulder tension, subtle ways to activate the deeper postural and inner core muscles that support the back and then end with a few shoulder release poses. You will be given the chance to try out the Back Mitra – a unique prop that we will be using to help facilitate this process.
Participants will be asked to fill out an intake form.
Required Props are a yoga mat and a small ball.
