Join Agi for a special interactive workshop on the benefits of practicing yoga for osteopenia, osteoporosis, or building bone strength. Learn how yoga can help to improve balance and prevent falls & fractures, and participate in a 75-minute class that focuses on poses and modifications designed to strengthen muscles, improve balance & coordination, and build bone density. Suitable for all levels. This workshop will be offered as a live Zoom session, with the recording available to participants. Limited to 18 participants.
