This series of six workshops is aimed at providing knowledge and supporting functional movement in your joints.
Each workshop includes a 90 minute interactive presentation on joint anatomy and function, and a 90 minute yoga practice to explore alignment, poses and modifications that support joint strength, stability and movement literacy.
All levels welcome.
