What are the best yoga poses for scoliosis? What are the ones to avoid? If you come to this series we will explore these questions. You will leave with a yoga sequence to practice at home that builds strength and stability. When you deepen your understanding of how to work with your body, you can reduce or avoid pain, while increasing your energy and confidence. The bonus of better sleep is possible too.
Each participant will be asked to complete a short individual intake call. Students brand new to yoga therapy are recommended to have a private session before classes start.
